Ratepayers from across Bass Coast came together last Tuesday night to express their disappointment at the State Government’s Emergency Services and Volunteer Fund. Organised by Not in our Name – a community alliance – the meeting was told the tax was hitting households, farmers and businesses hard in a cost-of-living crisis.
